Spinach Dip


This baked spinach dip is hot, cheesy, and irresistibly creamy. It’s an easy crowd-pleaser that comes together with simple ingredients and bakes to bubbly perfection. Serve it straight from the oven with chips or bread for the ultimate appetizer.
Ingredients
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional topping: extra mozzarella or Parmesan
Directions
Step 1: Preheat
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
Step 2: Prep the Spinach
Squeeze thawed spinach very well to remove excess liquid. This step is key to a thick, creamy dip.
Step 3: Mix the Dip
In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream cheese until smooth. Add spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
Step 4: Bake
Spread mixture into the prepared dish. Sprinkle extra cheese on top if desired.
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly with lightly golden edges.
